Growth covers up to 100,000 orders and adds the claims machinery on top: the shopper claim filing portal and the merchant claims management app. If you want customers filing claims themselves in a branded portal rather than emailing your support team, that is Growth.

Sliding-scale by monthly order volume. You pick your plan and the order volume you expect, and that sets your flat monthly price.

No. The flat monthly fee is the whole cost of the platform. Claims are resolved against your own policy, so what you spend on a claim is your decision, not a line item from us.
