We offer two pricing plans:

  • Contract Plan: Add shipping protection to your checkout experience, offload claims management and resolutions, gain rich shipping analytics, and receive a revenue share percentage from shipping protection purchases.
With the Free Plan, you don’t pay a monthly fee. Instead:
  • You collect shipping protection fees directly from customers at checkout, along with their product payment. Both amounts are deposited into your company’s bank account.
  • The shipping protection fees are automatically transferred to Protectly on a weekly basis through Plaid.
  • Protectly reimburses your company on a weekly basis for refunds and replacement orders for approved claims. This process is also automated via Plaid.
The Contract Plan includes a revenue share % from shipping protection purchases. The steps are as follows:
  • You collect shipping protection fees directly from customers at checkout, along with their product payment. Both amounts are deposited into your company’s bank account.
  • The shipping protection fees are automatically transferred to Protectly on a weekly basis through Plaid.
  • Protectly reimburses your company on a weekly basis for refunds and replacement orders for approved claims. This process is also automated via Plaid.
  • Protectly sends your company a monthly payment based on the revenue share % agreed upon in your contract. This is calculated from the % of shipping protection purchases.
